With the addition of a Brewery in the area, Stretford will become a breeding ground for art and cultural activities. The brewery is the spark of a new beginning. The arts that are already occurring in the public hall (theatre, art studios) will be encouraged to expand as more and more people are attracted to the area. The brewery is there to bring back the culture that Stretford once had. It will provide the neighbourhood with a brewery visitors centre, a community pub, export of craft beer for existing pubs, event spaces, and art studios - all in the heart of Stretford.
